The technology used throughout the whole planning, production stage really helped us as a group to grasp new concepts of technology and learn to use new things. Of course we used the most technology to produce the opening, by using the Macs and their features on iMovie, the Internet and such for example, so it was a good experience to help us learn new skills and develop ones that we had prior to the creation of the product.

Story Board

As well as creating our script for our opening, we used Celtx to create a story board. We took around 32 pictures, frame by frame of our opening because we had to think about the camera shots and camera movements that we might want to include. The characters we used, for example, are not the specific characters that we are going to use but they are completing the actions that we want our characters to do within the actual opening, and we did this to simply show what our real characters will do. On the story board, we wrote a brief description or what the camera shot/camera movement is, just to specify.
